We had Chinchilla Construction build our stairs and redo the whole outside of our house and honestly... we're still in shock at how good it turned out. Like, neighbors keep stopping by asking who did it lol. We got like 4 different quotes before we picked them, and it wasn't even close. Some of the other companies wanted almost double for way less quality. Chinchilla actually cared about doing it right, not just doing it fast. The crew showed up when they said they would (which honestly is rare these days), kept everything clean, and just worked. No cutting corners, no "we'll fix it later" kind of stuff. You can tell they actually take pride in what they build. The stairs alone completely changed how the whole front of the house looks. It feels custom, like something you'd see in a magazine, but we didn't pay a crazy price for it. If you're on the fence about who to call for a quote, just call these guys. We almost didn't because we'd had bad experiences with contractors before, but this was honestly the easiest and best experience we've had with any company doing work on our house. Already talking to them about our backyard next.

Pedro Chinchilla Construction didn’t renovate my house—they made it the one people stop and stare at. Custom slate-tile bathroom and glass standing shower so sharp it looks stolen from a luxury hotel. Then they wrapped every room in custom crown molding that looks original, dropped recessed lighting that actually transforms spaces, and swapped the toilet and sink like it was nothing. On time. Professional. Craftsmanship that should come with a warning. Team is lethal. Curious? You should be. Call them before someone else does. Look no further.
